Jason Eaken

Jason Eaken is a writer and director, who grew up in Nixa, Missouri. He wrote his first screenplay at age 14, after seeing, and being mesmerized by, "Scream." That first script wasn't very good, but Jason has been writing ever since. He has an Acting degree from the University of Central Missouri, and while he loves the stage, the experience confirmed his desires to write and direct. Soon after college, he bought a camera and started making short films. Jason moved to Los Angeles in 2009 and has written several feature-length screenplays as well as various short films. He is very interested in multi-narrative ensembles, as well as character driven genre films. He is currently working on two screenplays - a zombie film and a script about insurance adjusters.
