Sean Mannion was raised in Anchorage, Alaska. He moved to New York City to pursue filmmaking in 2008 and has since directed and produced over a dozen short films and videos for the Internet. He creates no-budget films using the resources available to him. He has pursued four crowd funding campaigns. In 2014 he completed his most recent crowd funding campaign for his newest project "Time Signature."
