Mark is a New Zealand-born, Los Angeles-based composer known for his film, choral and classical music. He most recently scored the hilarious rom-com 'Love You Like That' (coming Easter 2021), and worked with horror master Chris Sun on 'Boar', 'Charlie's Farm' and Daddy's Little Girl'. Mark has three Hollywood Music in Media Award Nominations (2017, 2015, 2013) and twice won Best Score at the Australian Screen Industry Network Awards for 'Charlie's Farm' (2015) and Daddy's Little Girl' (2012). In 2017 he made his concert conducting debut with the Rousse Philharmonic (Bulgaria), performing 'Fiordland' from his score for Natural History New Zealand's 'Flying South'. The same year, the full score suite was performed live to picture by the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra. Mark taught film music at UCLA Extension from 2017-2018, and from 2018-2020 served as COO of the Society of Composers & Lyricists.
