Anna Schafer - actress, entrepreneur, and mother of two - grew up in the Russian countryside. While pursuing a successful modeling career, Anna moved to Los Angeles, where she began studying under Michelle Danner of Larry Moss Studios. Anna's first big break came when she landed a supporting role in the indie comedy "Father of Invention", alongside two-time Oscar winner Kevin Spacey. Anna was next seen in the compelling political thriller "The Whistleblower", starring opposite Rachel Weisz, Monica Bellucci, and Vanessa Redgrave, and directed by Larysa Kondracki. Anna's first starring role came in the independent thriller "Flutter", where she starred opposite Luke Evans, Billy Zane, and Joe Anderson. "The Trials of Cate McCall" placed her in a powerful role co-starring Kate Beckinsale and Nick Nolte, with the film directed by Sundance winner Karen Moncrieff. In "Elizabeth Blue", Anna took on the incredibly intense role of a young woman struggling with tremendous mental health issues. The film starred Oscar-nominated actress Kathleen Quinlan and Screen Actor's Guild Award winner Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje. Anna's portrayal as Elizabeth, a woman plagued by hallucinations and voices in her head to the extent of emotional paralysis, received high praise from Variety, Los Angeles Times, and The Hollywood Reporter, among others.
