Ezequiel Groisman is Vice President of Content Development and Talent , ViacomCBS International Studios (VIS) - Americas, the unit of content development, production and distribution from ViacomCBS Networks Americas. He supervises the selection and creation of scripted and non-scripted projects. Based in Buenos Aires, Groisman reports to Fernando Gastón, VP Content, VIS. Before, Groisman has been VP, Head of Production, ViacomCBS International Studios (VIS) - Americas In that position, he was in charge of the production teams for all ViacomCBS Networks Americas contents. Groisman joined ViacomCBS Networks Americas in 2009 as Director of Production Management for South Cone. He's been away of the company for a brief period in 2016/2017 in which he served as Head of Production and then Vice Principal of the public network, Televisión Pública Argentina. He returned to ViacomCBS then as VP, Production Management South Cone until the creation of ViacomCBS International Studios, when he took the role of VP, Production of the studio for the Americas. Recently, he's moved to his current role in charge of Content Development and Talent. With more than 30 years of experience in the television industry, mainly as a producer, Groisman worked in local networks (Channel 9, Channel 13, Televisión Pública Argentina, Telefe), and in independent production companies (Ideas del Sur and Promofilm/Mediapro, among others). He is a film maker graduated from ENERC (National Film School depending on the National Film Institute of Argentina), and obtained a Master of Arts, Film & TV Production from the University of Bristol (1998).
