Tom Greenberg

Thomas R. Greenberg is partner at the firm who practices entertainment transactional law focusing primarily on financing and producing for independent film projects as well as deal-making for unscripted and scripted television, feature films, and new media projects. He represents producers, financiers, production companies, actors, writers, models, and new media personalities. Prior to joining the firm, Tom served as legal counsel for Warner Bros. International Theatrical Distribution, where his training offered him an invaluable set of deal-making skills which has been both beneficial and essential to his work with clients in the private arena today. His industry experience and passion for getting projects produced motivates Tom to structure transactions that are designed for results and position clients for success. Tom's savvy insight on the developing media landscape constantly keeps him ahead of the "what's next" curve and adaptable to the evolving industry.
