Born in the Bronx, raised in Jersey City. Chau Sa Hoang is a Los Angeles based actress of stage and screen. Originally from New York, Chau Sa majored in the dramatic arts at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music, Art, and Performing Arts. After graduating, she obtained her BA in Advertising and Marketing Communications at the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. Chau Sa resumed her training as an actor under the guidance of Karl Bury for 4 years. She has also completed all four levels at the Upright Citizens Brigade for Improv in NYC, as well as attended workshops under the direction of Larry Moss, Jean-Louis Rodrigue, Kristof Konrad, Alexandra Billings & James Kemp. In addition to acting, Chau Sa has studied Muay Thai (Thai Boxing/Kickboxing) for 5+ years and is a certified yoga teacher. Upon arriving in Los Angeles, she has continued to pursue her studies at Berg Studios with Gregory Berger-Sobeck & DeSean Terry. Chau Sa made her Los Angeles theatrical debut at the Secret Rose Theatre in an original one act play called 'Maron Doll'. Through acting, Chau Sa hopes to move others as well as herself.
