Amy Baharestani

Amy Mehrangeez Baharestani is a filmmaker from Southern California. Her work focuses on giving voices to those who are often marginalized. Amy is passionate about making films that address feminism, equality, and diversity. Growing up Amy was always writing, directing and performing. She was very active in her high school theater department and continued that love after graduation to The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles. After graduation Amy realized her true passion of filmmaking. She hopes to bring light to the dark and for us to all grow and learn together.
