Di Zhu

Born in China, actress Di Zhu grew up in Hong Kong and later moved to Rochester, New York, where she pursued her studies as a classical pianist at the prestigious Eastman School of Music. At an early age, she has won first prize at many piano competitions, including the Inaugural International New York Piano Competition. In the middle of her collegiate studies at Eastman, Di left the university and moved to New York City to pursue acting. Since then, she has appeared in numerous roles in theater, as well as film and TV. Currently, Di regularly performs in stage productions at The Russian Arts Theater and Studio, a NYC-theater company headed by renowned Russian director Aleksey Burago.
