Mike B. Rollen was born in Springfield, Illinois, and was raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He is the son of Larry Rollen and Mary Craig Shields Rollen. Mike B. Rollen got his start in Filmmaking at Avila University where he studied under Dr. Benjamin Meade and graduated Magna cum laude in May 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. He also attended the University of Missouri Columbia where he lettered in men's varsity track and cross-country. He is the Producer, Editor & Director of Kansas City Murder Factory Act 1 (2010). Rollen has also worked on several other films including: The Nace Brother's Lifelong Road Trip (2009), American Music Off The Record (2007), Death of the Reel (2008), Kansas City Jazz & Blues; Past, Present & Future (2010), & Woke Up This Mornin' in the Arkansas Delta (2011). Mike B. Rollen also works as an on-air talent and producer for KMJK-FM Magic 107.3 He is married to Ellisha Rollen, and they have two sons, Elijah and Evan & a daughter Noelle.
