Kevin was born in Nyack, New York. Film is more than a lifestyle for Kevin, it's in his pedigree. Kevin's uncle on his mother's side has been a Music Editor for both TV and film for over 30 years, working with the likes of Guillermo del Toro and Clint Eastwood and contributing to acclaimed shows like "Smallville" and "The Mentalist". Kevin's early love of movies was apparent, especially his fascination with horror films. He would spend days watching "Jaws" and "Nightmare on Elm Street". Soon his admiration for Wes Craven and Stephen Spielberg's horror staples turned into admiration for the men themselves, especially Spielberg. Kevin found an appreciation for every genre through the works of one director: Horror ("Jaws"), Sci-Fi ("Close Encounters of the Third Kind"), Drama ("The Color Purple"), Comedy ("Hook"), Action-Adventure ("Jurassic Park") and Romance ("Always"). Soon Kevin gained the confidence that he, too, could turn his passion for movies into a directing and producing career, and not be pigeon-holed into a specific category. As Kevin grew older his taste in film matured as well. Though still greatly influenced by Craven and Spielberg, he now also cites Darren Aronofsky and Christopher Nolan as major inspirations. Kevin made his directorial debut with the horror short "Drip: Negative", closely followed by the short subject romantic drama "How Much More". After a string of shorts Kevin decided to venture into feature length productions. His feature length debut, a horror film titled "Helper", which he also co-wrote, is set for release in 2012. Also an actor, Kevin studied at Fisher College in Boston, Weist-Barron-Hill Acting for Television & Film in Burbank, Weist-Barron-Ryan Acting Workshops in Atlantic City and the Second City Training Center in NYC. He appeared on the hit TV show "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch".
