Michael Skanes

Michael Skanes is a producer, director, and editor, known for Mamu (2022) and Flat (2018). A graduate from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a B.A. in Film Production, Michael got his first job in the entertainment industry as a set PA on The Dark Knight Rises (2012). He followed that up with a short stint on the second season of The X Factor (2012), after which he moved into theatrical and television marketing. He has won numerous awards on major campaigns including 2x Clio Entertainment Awards for his work on HBO's limited series Watchmen (2019).
