Yurie Collins

Born and raised in Japan, Yurié followed a gut feeling and came to the U.S. to study acting when she was 18. She fell in love with performing as a student of Emerson College's Acting program. Since moving to New York City to pursue her career in Theatre, TV and Film, Yurié has appeared on stage with The Flea Theatre, 600 Highwaymen, Berkeley Rep, and on screen for TV shows such as Bull (CBS), Gotham (FOX) and Orange is the New Black (Netflix). Yurié is also a storyteller. Her original short film titled #SPONSORED - a dystopian thriller about social media influencers in the climate apocalypse, is currently in post production. (January 2021)
