Robbin "Goose" MacDonald is a Writer/Director/Actor/Assistant Director from Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. Robbin has been in entertainment since his early childhood (Vocal Music), performing on his first recorded album (The Gift of Song) as a soloist at the age of five. His love of music and sports, followed him through his childhood and continues in his adult life. A multi-instrumentalist, multi-sport athlete, Robbin excelled in both passions. He continued recording music as both a studio keyboardist/vocalist and as member of a number of bands and his own solo projects. Robbin stepped away from his musical endeavors's to pursue his education (Concordia University) and hockey career. Injuries cut short his career on the ice, and he used these skills to enter into film/television utilizing his natural performing ability to secure numerous positions as a hockey goaltender, actor and occasional stunt performer. Robbin returned to school (Sheridan College) and completed the Advanced Television and Film Program and turned his career towards being behind the camera. As a writer, director and assistant director Robbin has been successful and continues to pursue this passion. Robbin not only works in film but is also active in Occupational Health and Safety and focuses a lot of his attention to the Film & Television Industry, while providing training and linguistic programs to businesses outside the industry. He was married in 2000 to Marianna Herczeg with the marriage ending in 2006. They had no children.
