Taylor was born and raised on a floating home in Seattle, WA. In 2007 he graduated from Cornish College of the Arts, receiving a BFA in theater. He then moved to Los Angeles, CA, to attend Dodge College of Film & Television (Chapman University), where he received his MFA in film direction in 2012. Since then he's been working in film, television and commercial production, specializing in producing, directing and assistant directing.
