Patrick Prendergast

Director - Screenwriter - Born in Seattle Washington in the Irish Catholic neighborhood of Capitol Hill; 1 of 12 children to Parents John and Darlene Prendergast. Attended ST. Josephs Catholic Grade School, O'dea High School and Seattle Central College where he Studied Journalism. Mr. Prendergast wrote and photographed for many publications, became an apprentice to a well known Seattle Photographer, Saulius Pempe and eventually shot fashion and portrait photography independently and for an agency based in Bellevue Washington called EL Vogue. Upon realizing his forte was film, he started a dazzling career as an independent Filmmaker, producing his first film in 2010 -- cast a shadow -- though having a mild underground success it was entered in the Tribeca Film Festival in 2010, but missed. He is currently working on three projects slated for future release: 'Cast A Shadow II,' Detective thriller Pilot; 'The Dragon of Anglesey,' Adventure Historical; 'Killer Days,' a supernatural Thriller; 'Pick and Roll,' A social worker with heart and a teen basketball star struggling with the streets. Can the social worker mend this fractured family?
