Grant J. Garland

Grant Garland, born 03.04.79 in Sydney Australia, first discovered his love of performing and storytelling at high school when he co-wrote, directed and acted in a number of high school theatre productions. It wasn't until many years later that the pull to perform was too strong to ignore. He enrolled in a screen actor's course - Grant has continued to study acting - and was soon auditioning and landing roles in award winning television series and dramas such as, Home & Away, Underbelly Razor, Crime Scene Investigations Australia and Recipe for Murder, as well as commercials, short films and features. Most noted for playing dark characters, they couldn't be further from the cheeky, Rugby loving, Aussie larrikin that is Grant's true personality. With a sharp wit, an infectious smile and a wicked sense of humour, when he isn't acting or studying Grant couldn't be happier than when he's sharing a beer with mates, indulging in a good Japanese meal, cooking up a storm in the kitchen for his family and friends or satisfying his adventurous side by exploring the world.
