Having done background in over 41 films. He is known for his acting roles in Hooking Up (2021), 12 Orphans (2021), Queen Sugar (2017), and Stephen King's 11/22/63 (2016). In 2013 Phillip stepped behind the camera and wrote and directed his first film entitled, "Simply Phillip Brown's Money".
