Michael McKnight's career started at the tender young age of 5 as a regular on the Public Access show "Romper Room" in Buffalo, New York and as he says, "...was bitten with the acting bug immediately". Born in Huntsville, Alabama, is the third of four boys of the McKnight brothers. Coming from a very musical family, Michael McKnight held his own as an actor, model, singer, songwriter and musician; played Bass Guitar, Drums and Saxophone and also was an athletic standout in college as a Defensive Back in Florida until an ankle injury ended his promising football career. His athleticism, however, landed him in several Stunt Man roles for popular TV series programs such as "Superforce", "NYPD Blue", "The Profiler" and the first "Blade" film. Michael holds a Black Belt in Wado Ryu, an Okinawan self-defense style and continues to land athletic and stunt roles to date. Michael's modeling career began with John Casablanca's Modeling Agency in 1983, then with Karati & Poletti Modeling in 1996 which led him to Italy, but has made Los Angeles his home since 1997. McKnight now has entered the writing and producing arena by launching an independent film production company based out of Los Angeles called M Squared Films, Inc.
