Michael Gualtieri

Mike Gualtieri is a the Chief Operating Officer and Production Head of Format, a commercial creative-production-post powerhouse in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His blended experience in production management and budgeting along with full-scale AD operations has led to a seamless transition to Producing a variety of projects. Before joining the Format team, Mike's production experience varied from projects for CBS, NBC, ESPN, E!, A&E, WEtv, PBS, and BRAVO to the Academy Award-winning feature film, Silver Linings Playbook. More recently, he has produced projects for the US Army, University of Pennsylvania, Hollywood Records, Under Armour, and Comcast. Mike's attention to detail, organization and desire to create innovative and fresh material is brought to the forefront in all aspects of his work.
