Born and raised in Louisville, KY, Julie's blossoming acting career stemmed from playing the lead in her fourth grade Christmas production. In college, she was seen onstage in a number of shows, including: Meg, "Crimes of the Heart;" Catherine, "Proof;" Beverly, "The Shadowbox;" Sarah, "Company;" and Mary, "Vanities." Regional theatre credits include: Vanessa, "Dirty Sexy Derby Play," with Louisville Repertory Company; Catherine, "Proof," with LRC; Kari Ames-Bissette, "Always a Bridesmaid," with Eve Theatre Company; and Jeannine Pratt, "Ordinary People," with St. Marks on Spring. Her most recent film role was Sarah Draven in "One Must Fall" with Antonio Pantoja Productions, following "To Be a Soldier" as Sofie Kirk with Amore Domini Productions. She also previously worked with Blood Moon Pictures as The Woman in the "Volumes of Blood: Horror Stories" anthology. Her segment in VOB was written and directed by Nathan Thomas Milliner, who also created and co-wrote her first feature-length film, "Girl Number Three." She ultimately plans to utilize her life experiences and expanding wisdom to help make the world a better place, all while pursuing her passion of story-telling through film and theatre.
