Kate was born and raised in New York City and moved to Chicago to attend the University of Chicago. After graduating from the U of C in 2012, Kate has continued her acting education at Black Box Acting Studio's The Academy and at The School at Steppenwolf. Kate is a founding member of First Floor Theater, where she performs regularly. She has appeared in several independent films and is grateful to continue working on both stage and screen in Chicago.
