Jeannette Shafik

Jeannette was born in Adelaide, South Australia. After completing High School, she then moved on to complete her Bachelors of Dramatic Arts at The University of South Australia. Her interest then grew further into filmmaking. Moving interstate to Brisbane, she was accepted into New York Film Academy Brisbane. It was here where she worked with well-known filmmakers. Whilst at International New York Film Academy Brisbane, Jeannette completed the short film 'Riverwalk' which was accepted into the 2013 Southern California Business Film Festival where she received a nomination for Best Actress. Excelling at the New York Film Academy, she was then granted an International Scholarship. Jeannette is now based in Los Angeles.
