Schiaffino Musarra, was born and raised in Atlanta Georgia, USA. After first studying screen writing at Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts and eventually graduating from the creative writing program at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, he and his Swedish wife moved to Stockholm where he produced his first feature film, A Midsummer Sex Comedy, in 2006 starring the late Luke Perry. Since then, Schiaffino has produced several films across multiple genres. He was awarded multiple development grants from the Swedish Film Institute for a feature film based on the real lives of American Vietnam War deserters who took refuge in Sweden in the late 1960's, as well as a fictional TV series drama based on the lives of the first group of women to graduate from the Swedish police academy in 1958. These projects were put on hold after Schiaffino created the concept trailer for the Series Mania award winning series We Got This! about a down on his luck American, living in Sweden who attempts to solve the decades old unsolved assassination of Prime Minister Olof Palme in an attempt to claim the 50 million Swedish crown reward. Schiaffino was the show runner and the lead actor in We Got This. After the successful run of the show in Sweden, We Got This went on to win the 2020 European Script Award while also landing on the Variety list of Top 15 International Series of 2020. We Got This has been purchased and distributed to over 30 countries worldwide. Thanks to signing with Anonymous Content, Schiaffino was recently hired by Warner Brothers to adapt and develop a pilot script for a show titled Arthurs Law, along with Simon Peg and Nick Frost's production company Stolen Picture.
