David Licht is a stage and screen actor based in New York City. In addition to an undergraduate education at Boston College in his native Massachusetts, he studied acting in New York City with Terry Schreiber, Stephen Strimpell and Nicholas Kepros. His NY stage include productions at 59E59 Theaters, Playwrights Horizons, Metropolitan Playhouse, Midtown International Theatre Festival, The Public, New Dramatists and the Arclight Theater, where he played one of his favorite roles, Danforth, in a critically acclaimed Off-Broadway production of "The Crucible." Additionally, he has participated in scores of Off-off Broadway plays and festivals. His regional theater credits include performances at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Barter Theater, North Shore Music Theatre, and The Schoolhouse Theater. In addition to appearances on all the major Daytime Soaps he has appeared on television in The Path, Boardwalk Empire, Onion SportsDome, and Law and Order: Organized Crime. Film credits include the short Men's Thanksgiving, produced by Funny or Die. He created the role of Lor in the podcast Visionaries, which won the 2020 Society of Voice Arts Producers Award. He is on the faculty of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA.)
