Rudolph Hayes

Rudolph Hayes was born Rudolph Douglas Hayes, Jr. in Greensboro, North Carolina. He prefers to be called by his middle name, Doug. Doug grew up as an Army "brat" and moved many times growing up and went to high school in Germany. He himself eventually joined the Army and was stationed in Kaiserslautern, Germany. He became involved in the theater at the award winning Kaiserslautern Performing Arts Center. Doug performed there from 1986 to 1990 and was also an assistant director as well as lighting and sound director for several productions. Because of his work in the theater, he was asked to play a role in one episode of a German television sitcom, "Familie Heinz Becker". Doug resides in Durham, North Carolina.
