From the small village of Paratico in North Italy, Michela used to dream of working in the movies. After moving to London, she used to sneak into Pinewood Studios in order to see how film sets operated on major motion pictures, striking up conversations with people and handing her CV to anyone who'd take it. With an insatiable combination of determination, courage and charisma, Michela has forged a reputation as a dependable Assistant Director on a host of top level Hollywood films, such as Aladdin, Star Wars: Episode VIII - The Last Jedi, Fast & Furious 6, Guardians of the Galaxy and Avengers: Age of Ultron. Of a creative and competitive vein since an early age, she has won writing awards in her youth and have been published on a series of Italian poem volumes. At 22, she wrote, produced and directed her first short movie "Mindtrap" and was awarded the title of "Best first time director" at the "San Francisco Frozen Film Festival," alongside other international festivals screenings and achievements. Her next ambition is to direct her first feature film, Clessidra, which is in development with a number of established filmmakers, and the enthusiasm she has for her work seems destined to lead to a noteworthy career in filmmaking.
