Eugene Leon Capon II, born in Seattle, Washington to Lyndon Capon and Gayla Capon (Bennett). At the age of 7, his family moved to the Tulalip Indian Reservation where he attended First Nations elementary schools until 7th grade where he transitioned to the local Junior high in Marysville, Wa. He would eventually graduate from Marysville Pilchuck High school in 2004 and begin to attend Everett Community College in the fall. Eugene would graduate with dual Associates in Visual Communications (Fine Arts and Technical Design). By a bit of luck he received an internship for a digital signage company called Creosity, LLC. After an intensive 3 months, he was hired as the Head of Creative at the same company bypassing peers who had been there longer than him. During this year long contract he took a side position as a VFX editor on the independent film Justice Never Reloads. As a side note he traveled to the film site to act as thug #2 in the parking garage scene. In Fall of 2012 Eugene went back to school at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington where he would graduate with a BA in liberal Arts. There he studied VFX, film production and online marketing. While he was attending, he spent time as the senior editor of Comic Shop TV and host of The Comic Shop, a geek themed YouTube channel. The channel was only active for 4 years. His most noticeable video during this period was a satire sketch call Nyan Cat Loves Dubstep. Eugene Graduated in 2014. Shortly after graduating he spent a year and a half as the Art Director at Press Play Consulting, a YouTube theme video production company. There he directed a series of online videos and web commercials. He left in 2016 to pursue a career in virtual reality. By 2017 he had started attending film festivals with his experimental VR film Journey. Journey became a staff pick on both Veer and Adobe, with a several week showing as an official selection at the Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF).
