Tony F. Vainuku is a Polynesian American, director, and filmmaker. He graduated from Westminster College with a BS in marketing/film. In 2017, Tony became an Emmy Award-winning director for his feature-length documentary "In Football We Trust." He is writing and developing a narrative mini-series based on the life of Junior Seau, a Samoan NFL superstar from Oceanside, California, whose life came to a sudden and tragic ending in 2012. Other projects in development include an unscripted series in partnership with Boardwalk Pictures. Tony also develops original projects non-exclusively with WZRDmedia-represented by WME-an award-winning, a multimedia company specializing in branded entertainment, unscripted narrative, documentaries, and 360 impact.
