Scott Bradley

As Head of Production at Northern Heart Films Scott has produced short films for The Guardian, The Mirror, BBC, CBBC, CBeebies and BFI Doc Society. Scott set up Northern Heart Films, in Lancashire, with his long time collaborator Natasha Hawthornthwiate with the intention to create documentaries that are authentic in tone, provide a voice to marginalized communities and inspire positive change in society. Scott was born in the Northern working class town of Blackburn. At 25 he went on to The Northern Film School in Leeds to study Moving Image. He was the first in his family to attend university and over the three years of study Scott received a first class honours degree. Over the next few years Scott would like to see Northern Heart Films grow into an established Northern indie and be one of the go to production companies for factual storytelling.
