Billy Rick is an American actor who has appeared in co-starring roles on "Manifest" (NBC), "Emergence" (ABC) "Bull" (CBS), "FBI" (CBS) and Marvel's "Luke Cage" (Netflix). Most recently, Billy had a supporting role in the 2020 feature film, "The Will" (Passionflix). Born in Yonkers, NY, Billy later moved to Washingtonville, NY. He became a member of the FDNY in 1996. On the morning of September 11, 2001, Billy was a first responder to the terrorist attack at The World Trade Center. Prior to joining the FDNY, Billy was actively pursuing an acting career. He was ready to set the entertainment industry on fire, or so he thought. As fate would have it, he would be jumping into a very different type of fire. His work has sometimes run parallel to his acting aspirations. Billy was chosen to be on the cover of the FDNY Firefighters Calendar which led to television appearances on "As The World Turns" and "All My Children" and he has appeared in several national television commercials. In addition to the rigorous physical demands of his job with the FDNY, he is also a competitive racquetball player, an avid skier, cyclist and athlete and studies extensively with acting coach, Bob Krakower. Undoubtedly, his life as a firefighter serves him well as an actor. Billy has been involved in the most dramatic situations imaginable: he has witnessed firsthand devastating events like 9/11 and many others, he has delivered babies, had people die in his arms and even brought people back to life. As an actor, he is able to draw on that range of emotions and life experience.
