Juan Carlos Zapata

He grew up in Chicago in the 80's as a child. He grew up with a big family. In the 90's he was watching movies all day on Sunday. He use to play with his camcoder and record movies with his brother and friends. Later he decided to go to SIU-Carbondale where he spend most of his life studying theater. He graduated in 2014 with a BA in Fine Arts. He loves the stage. Performance is something he knows very well. He studied many different acting methods. After graduating, He decided to live in Los Angeles for his career as an Actor. His story is that he came with only $200 in his pocket to pursue acting in 2014. He struggled and sometimes fought for his life. He is an over comer of many adversities. He acknowledges that he chose this way of life. He has traveled and is very well cultured and sees things through a different lenses. He loves acting cause he gets a chance to look within himself and finds out something new within. Also, he finds his purpose is to make people feel through his art. He has been in movies and has done t.v., commercials and PSA's. Has worked on a professional level with established artist. He is a fast learner and can adapt quickly. He is an inspiring artist and loves to show his art to the community. He would love to see his visions come to reality. He loves to write, act, laugh, and have fun.
