Born in Michigan and raised in New Jersey, Erika moved to New York to pursue her dreams of being a professional dancer. She attended Joffrey Ballet School for 2 years and immediately began performing with several New York City based dance companies. Trained in multiple styles from ballet, modern, and tap, to Hip Hop, Breakdancing, and contemporary, Erika dances as a member and Performance Director of the legendary Dynamic Rockers Break(dance) Crew. She has also danced for Arch Contemporary Ballet, Joyce King Dance Company and most recently Dance CAT-ALYST, performing at prestigious NYC stages like The Apollo Theatre. Traveling to battle as a B-Girl internationally and being hired for concert and commercial dance jobs has allowed Erika to continue to diversify her style. Some commercial and film credits include "Coqueta" by Ghetto Kids & Worldwide Records MX, Language is Dead (now on Amazon Prime), LI Nets Team Hype, Tarte Cosmetics, Lancôme, and The Action Bronson Show. Erika has worked with Lancôme, Art Stone Competitor Costumes, and Agatha Ruiz de la Prada modeling in catalogue and on site for events and promotions. Erika has worked closely with photographers Kevin Richardson and Omar Z Robles, and Jerry Kestel modeling and dancing in multiple projects.
