John Rosado

John Eric Rosado Padilla was born on June 30th, 1992 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. His mother, Blanca Rosa Padilla, worked/acted in community theater and currently sells beauty products for Mary Kay. His father, Edgardo Rosado, was a former Baseball player in the island and currently a Loan Coordinator. While still in the island of Puerto Rico, John was a baseball player since he was 5 years old till he was 18 years old do to a shoulder injury. His first acting experience was a feature film in 2006 as an extra a long side Johnny Depp in The Rum Diary (2012). His real dedication to acting began when he was twenty years old, co-starring in a short filmed called 'Una Vuelta' (2014), a long side is fiancee Ash Martinez. He then continued that path and explored new abilities found such as singing, and dancing. While being part of a boy band for 2 year, he started in three other short films 'Cielos Negros'(2015), 'La Siembra'(2015), and 'Legacy: Uncharted Soul(Actor, Director/2015). Going to college at the University of 'Sagrado Corazon', where the actor Benicio del Toro graduated from dramatic arts, John also attended the academy of Danzare, Co. Where he continued to hone his skills as an actor, singer, and dancer. In 2015, John decide to move to New York to pursue is passion with his fiancee. He enrolled in the Broadway Dance Center to continue his acting development with actor/teacher Lane Napper, know for his roles in Victorious and iCarly. Since then he has had the opportunity to star and co-star in independent films such as: 'Blessed Maria'(2016), 'Live'N Learn'(2016), 'Love Tooth'(2017), 'Salazar'(2017), 'Hope Never Dies' (2018), 'Makbang Masarap'(2018), and 'Anika & Teddy' (2019).
