Steven Marte Bruner

Steven "Marte" Bruner was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. His mother is An author and publisher of several self help books, she's also a motivational speaker, and frequently helps out her local community. Though his father wasn't around much due to drug use, that never stopped Steven in his quest to become the best person that he could possibly be. Steven knew early on in life that Film was something that he wanted to accomplish, though his first love is Football, his size didn't match his passion for the sport, but one thing that never subsided was his passion for acting. Growing up, Steve would watch and imitate his favorite characters on TV, this normally happened behind closed doors as Steve is a quiet, reserved person. Steve would routinely act out several scenes and would even put together in-home productions with his brothers, this further fueled the fire for acting that he possesses. After doing several Church/School plays, Steve set out to begin looking for substantial work. This wouldn't come right away, so he enlisted in the United States Air Force. During his time in the Air Force Steve never lost sight of his vision and continued to look for roles in film, TV, and theatre. In the summer of 2006 he went on vacation to Los Angeles and landed a role in an independent film. After a few years of College and transitioning back into the civilian sector, Steve renewed himself and was picked up for a Stage Play, and even landed a few Print Ad gigs. Steve founded representation with a local Oklahoma City talent agent and his career began to get better and better, with more meaningful roles. In the last few years, Steve can be seen at the forefront of numerous local commercials and short films, he recently landed his biggest role in an upcoming film and hopes this is what takes him from being local, to being National.
