Dimitra Glyky is born in 1996 and she's from Cyprus. She studied BA Performance at the Southampton Solent University. Since 2000, she has been an active member to several dancing / theatre groups. Before she moved in UK, she had the opportunity to participate in few performances in Cyprus, which were consisted of a huge audience number. Those performances where 'Grease the Musical' which she portrayed the role of Sandy Dumbrowski and 'Cinderella the Dance Show' which she played the role of the Evil Stepmother. Throughout her three years at university, she had the opportunity to participate at 'Follies the Musical' at the role of Heidi, 'Sea and Land and Sky' play at the role of Aisle, she was Victoria in the short film 'The Parking Ticket', 'Here Be Monsters show' doing a multi-role character. She did training on Alexander technique and PEM technique. Also, she did a workshop with 'Kill The Beast' Theatre Company. More recent, she worked as a sound operator for Southampton Solent's Business and Employability event. She also performed outside of Southampton, 'The Chapel of Love' play at Romsey Futures event. Furthermore, she played in the film 'The Pugilist' in the role of student within the film. The Pugilist has been released in 2017. Presently, she is member of the 'PatchworX' Theatre Company and in the process of creating a divsing piece from scratch, named ''Little Me'', based on social media due to FMP for university. Dimitra can be described as an ambitious and personable person with experience in the industry of performing arts, both as ensemble and solo performer.
