From a working class coal mining village in Nottinghamshire. Son of a Pianist and a Teddy Boy who worked in a cement factory. Ran a Boxing/Youth Club, partnered by Reggie Kary, in the early part of the 90's, until media pressure forced closure. The papers asserted this was simply to gain publicity for Kray's upcoming parole hearing. Former professional musician, turned writer of magazine articles, turned radio presenter, turned DJ. With over 5,000 live shows to his credit, he still does 3 or 4 live shows a week, 12 months of the year, well into his 50's.
