Max Dunaway

Max Dunaway is a Louisiana based child actor. Max's family is originally from New Orleans and relocated to Baton Rouge, where Max was born, following Hurricane Katrina. As the youngest of 6 children, Max enjoys a close relationship with his older brothers and sisters. He is the proud uncle of triplets and places great importance on his family. Max is a frequent traveler, always in search of a new adventure. He loves staying in hotels, riding horses, attending theatre productions, taking cruises, and traveling to visit his grandmother. Max has a soft spot for the elderly and often visits nursing homes to share baked treats, mardi gras beads, and stuffed animals with residents. Max never meets a stranger, going so far as to solicit donations from local businesses for his school's silent auction. He is well known for his story telling at the nursing home and around town. People always remember him because of his creative, funny stories that make them laugh. Max enjoys creating art and has received awards in art contests. He loves to draw action figures and sculpt dinosaurs from modeling clay. Max identified his passion for acting after a preschool teacher remarked on his talent for entertaining the class. This led him to begin formal training, including group and private instruction. More recently he began training in dance, piano, voice, and theatre camp. He takes direction well and has remarkable memorization skills. When he grows up Max says he wants to be an actor and a doctor, like his dad.
