Renea "Jazzie" Baker consider herself a "home grown" native from Odessa, Texas. She started singing, tap dancing, playing piano and modeling at the age of six. Jazzie utilized her childhood modeling experience to Model for the world renown Fashion Fair Modeling Company in Chicago, IL. She moved to Houston, Tx in 1989 where she became a sought after Director of Praise Dance Team's throughout the Texas and Louisiana Region. Later, Jazzie became a member of recording artist, Joe Carmouche's Jazz/R&B Band and continues to perform live music, and act in playwright productions locally with some of Houston's most recognized vocalists, actor's/actress's, and musicians. She has been featured as a background vocalists on various recording artists CD releases. She has recorded a cover track of Chaos Khan's "You Got The Love," listed on ReverbNation, and a single titled "Amen" on the Indie Label of CEO Koder Brown. 2016-2017 Jazzie is being featured as Lead Vocals with five track songs on Project Sidiooo Label Vol. 2 of CEO Eric Seats world Renowned Professional Drummer for Pattie Labelle & Lalah Hathaway to name a few. Jazzie is recognized by Amazon for being a best seller of her self titled, self published book titled "Today I Pray" on the first time author list, published 2014. She is a Proud Mother of two daughters Oniza "Gigi" Baker/Price & Shronda "Lele" Baker & four Grandchildren.
