Member of Team Legacy Stunts. Born in Puerto Rico. I was a disciple of Kathleen Boback (Assitant director Titanic, The Fugitive, Minority Report, etc) from who I learn from storytelling. Also, my other mentor was Art Smith (Super Mario Brothers, Snake Eye, Anger Management and more) from who I learn about Line producing. Since a very young age, I started practicing martial arts, inspired by movies like Bruce Lee Enter the Dragon, Jackie Chan Drunken fist and Chuck Norris movies. At the age of 5 started practicing Judo but it wouldn't be until the age of 11 when I would realize martial arts was going to be a very important aspect of my future. I started practicing Kajukenbo under Sifu Sixto Mendez who was recognized in 2016 grandmaster of the year and part of the Martial Arts Hall of Fame. I learned the discipline and dedication that change my way of life. Kajukenbo gave me the opportunity to found a new inspiration which was Mark Dacascos famous for the Movie Only the strong which led me into practicing with one of my best friends almost all the choreography and dialogues of the movie. Inspire by Jackie Chan movies and the story of China's famous hero Won Fei hung I started practicing Siu Lum Kung-Fu and Hung Gar under Sifu David Gonzalez. While in college and practicing Kung-fu I became part of the judo and wrestling Team winning several medals. From there I finished my Fine arts College degree and continue on the martial art world experimenting with Aikido and other martial arts. My passion for not only martial arts but arts, in general, lead me to seek a master degree in digital arts. Inspire by movies like Star Wars, Goonies, Indiana Jones, The Labyrinth, Neverending Story, The Matrix, Harry Potter and many more movies and TV series like Fringe, I started learning more of the technical part behind filming and movies which later help me in combining both to create experiences through choreography and fight choreography base on storytelling. I continued expanding my knowledge also inside the martial arts practicing Wing Chun and Pekiti Tirsia under Sifu Charlie Diaz and Kali. Later on, learning Bai Lung Chuan Fa Kung fu under Prof. Sain. I had the opportunity of becoming part of the crew of the TV series "Delta Force", which is an action/police driven series. I played the role of an undercover cop. I had the opportunity to choreograph the fight sequence and some of the action sequences in the series. From there had the opportunity to participate in the 48-hour film festival where the team involves in the short film "El Barbero y El Mendigo" won 5 awards including best acting and ensemble. Other projects include the short film "The finding". Later on, I moved to Directing and producing a short action film named "The Silent Killer" and "Parallel horror". Other martial art is driven shorts like "The Vengeance" with the vibe of traditional fight sequences like the ones found in the Hong Kong style of movies. Later on, I had the opportunity to have an important role in "Muroni: el ultimo vampiro" where I played one of the main villain characters in the feature film. Worked on all the fighting sequence and choreography of "El peregrino" another short film with a dystopia theme. I continue my journey on martial arts experimenting with other styles like Long Fist, Wushu and traditional Shaolin Kung-fu. In the digital world had the opportunity to grow as a fight sequence editor in Adobe Premiere and Davinci. Other skills include 3d modeling in software like Autodesk Maya and Blender 3D. Also, I have work with After effects and Blackmagic Fusion for VFX. Knowledge of traditional storyboarding and scriptwriter of various scripts that range from Drama, Scifi, adventure to action and martial arts.
