Raymond Lawrence Sullivan (Larry to his friends) focuses on integrating iconic American theater and film elements into modern Chinese theater and film. He was the first American accepted into Beijing Film Academy's graduate directing program and is a graduate of Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. Previously he studied in the studio program at American Conservatory Theater (ACT) and received a BFA in painting from Occidental College. In 2019, he was the first film director accepted into the directing studio at Shakespeare's Globe in London. Larry attended his first Fashion Week while a grad student in New York and goes every year to Paris Fashion Week. He wrote the feature script MY FAVORITE SEASON in 2 days after attending 2015S/S Paris Fashion Week. Larry is fluent in Chinese and speaks French and Bhasa Indonesian.
