Jenny De La Fuente is an actress born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico. At the age of 20, Jenny moved to Austin, Texas to attend The University of Texas at Austin where she got a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre and Dance with an acting focus. During her first semester at UT, Jenny got cast to play the role of Lindsay, a woman way beyond her age, from the play Some Girl (s) by Neil Labute. After that, she participated in multiple shows including The Sparrow, Esperanza Rising, Push up, as well as, being part of the first cast ensemble for The Women of Juarez, now known as the off-Broadway play, La Ruta by Isaac Gomez. Upon graduation, Jenny decided to focus more on film, getting cast in the comedy series Sarcastic Actor directed by Chris Proutt and in the apocalyptic short film For Elena directed by John Hanby and co-starred with Alan Trong. It wasn't until 2017 that she got cast to play a small role in the hit Amazon Prime hit show, An Unknown Enemy directed by Gabriel Ripstein. Since then, Jenny has appeared in music videos for Ukairo Ukairo and The Human Circuit, commercials for Texas Travel and Onnit. Has done voice-over work for USHCA and is a cast member for the Texas Sawyer Massacre directed by Steve Merlo. Jenny currently lives in Austin, Texas and trains advanced Meisner Technique at In The Moment Acting Studio with Neighborhood Playhouse Alumni Laurel Smith Vouvray.
