Neil Carter

Neil Carter [Nile Tracer] is a writer and filmmaker from Devon/Cornwall. A one-time graffiti artist, his work features unique cathartic twists on modern-day social issues, which he describes as living graffiti. The acceptance and equality of minorities - especially gender equality - is a driving force for Nile, stemming from his daughter's struggles on her journey to becoming a pilot. The short film 'Magic Man' - a collaboration with Anglo-American filmmaker Alice Millar and starring Rose Reynolds - is a moving example of acceptance and truly characteristic of his work.
