Erik was born in Huddinge, Stockholm, Sweden the 7th of November 1993. Originally he wanted to become a musician but after he sustained an injury he turned his attention to filmmaking. After graduating Örebro University he took part in several documentaries published by SVT (Swedish Television). In 2017 he wrote and directed his first short movie, Mörkret.
