Lauren Henning

Lauren Henning is an actor and a feminist filmmaker based in LA. She is the co-founder of the all-female production company, Violent Pink Productions, a daring new production house making space for bold, female-centric narratives. Lauren is also the managing producer of the WGA and Black List Table Read series that helps connect professional actors, writers, directors, story creatives, and producers in private reads of upcoming scripts. Born and raised in northern New Jersey, Lauren made her way out to LA to attend UCLA. Majoring in theatre and history, she graduated Summa Cum Laude and served as her class Valedictorian and student speaker... aka she's a nerd. Lauren has additionally trained at the Academy of Visual and Performing Arts, the Shakespeare Institute of New Jersey, the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, UCB, and the Storytellers Conservatory for on-camera acting.
