Derek Litke

Derek Thomas Litke was born in Salina, Kansas. The first born of Merta Scott and Scott Litke, Jaden and Emily are his two younger sisters. His middle name, "Thomas", is his paternal grandfathers first name. Derek's Dad, Scott, works as a supervisor at Bayer Construction in Chapman, Kansas and his mother works as a Social Work Instructor at Kansas State University. Derek fell in love with acting at an early age while performing at Great Plains Theatre in Abilene, Kansas. He thought of acting as more of a hobby at first, and began to pursue a career in the military. After getting out of the military, he decided to pursue acting as a career. A few years later he signed with a talent agent and began his career.
