He debuted at "CHIKARA Hour of Power #5" on February 12, 2017, following the Whisper, who pulled the Lithuanian Snow Troll out from under the ring. Nothing is really known about him at this point other than that he appears to be an invisible man who carries an umbrella and has some unexplained association with the Whisper.
