Avery Jade is an American actress based in Los Angeles, CA by way of the Tri-State area. She studied Psychology at Iona College and there participated in her first theater production under Professor Thomas Donnarumma. The bug bit and the rest is history. She went on to perform in all local theaters, both in New York and Connecticut. While in grad-school, Avery decided to give acting her all. That same year she decided to audition for One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, little did she know she'd land the lead role as Nurse Ratched. This added a boost of confidence to Avery and she decided to pursue acting solely. She began to study the Meisner technique at the Ted Bardy Studio (New York). Most recently Avery Jade packed her belongings, loaded a car and headed to the the city of Angels. Still studying Meisner, Avery began at Playhouse West (LA). She works with renowned acting coach Troy Rowland. She has worked on hit shows like NCIS where she played a Navy Security Officer, Snowfall directed by the great John Singleton and the latest season of 911. She has starred in the critically acclaimed film Served playing opposite J.D. Williams. Her latest project, My Hero placed Avery number one on the call sheet and recently won Best U.S. Short at the Palm Springs International Short Fest.
