Ian Thomas Kent

Ian Thomas Kent was born in Charleston, SC in 1997. He is a writer, director, editor, and producer, known for the short films Hindsight (2019) and Heartstuck (2020). Kent strives to generate authentic dramas and comedies that portray the ever evolving human condition with a focus on interpersonal relationships. A graduate of Sarah Lawrence College BA '19, concentrating in Filmmaking and German Language and Literature, Kent is currently in the MFA program for Film & TV Production at the University of Southern California, Class of '22.
