Earl Bamber is a professional racing driver from New Zealand, currently racing for Porsche as a works driver after catching the manufacturer's attention by winning the Porsche Carrerra Cup Asia in 2013. Despite being an LMP1 rookie, Bamber, along with his teammates Nick Tandy and Nico Hülkenberg, won the 2015 24 Hours of Le Mans. After being denied a seat in the 2016 race, Bamber will replace Mark Webber for the 2017 season, racing alongside Timo Bernhard and Brendon Hartley.
